Well it's Friday. I think from now on, when I have my desktop PC back I will make Friday Video Blog days. I did a mini type of blog with my best friend's son and it was fun. So, it might happen again only longer. I'm kind of camera shy, so....who knows.
I'm kind of upset. Our home internet connection is crap so we're going to loose it. And now, we can't find anything cheap enough to appease my dad, and I don't know if we'll get internet back yet or not. This worries me. It probably shouldn't be a big deal...but it is. The internet is my form of communication with the outside world, as well as my hobby.
I really do hope we get it fixed. I have everything I need on my desktop PC. My Laptop is a piece of crap, and it won't hold hardly anything. I need to figure out how to Optimise it so that I can use it for something...else. Like, adding music and Photoshop back on here. Life is truly boring without Photoshop.
I'm also thinking about starting a fiction blog. I've said this before, but tonight I sat and wrote a 6 page short story idea I have. I also have another story in the works as well. Both are told in the first person perspective--I instead of he and she. I just find it easier to write like that. -shrugs-
I apologize if this post is short. But it is my Friday post...so Fridays will eventually be Vblog Days. Maybe Thursdays if I can't get to Fridays. I'm also thinking about taking pictures. I know, everyone with a camera thinks they can be a photographer, but it is fun to capture life isn't it?
And I'm off now. I need to go do some dishes. This post was kind of random and pointless, sorry about that. Next one will be much better.

I have to admit that I look at the way a guy looks first too and then decide whether or not I want to get to know him. But I've also been talking to a guy that was absolutely not my type before.
ReplyDeleteCrappy internet connections suck! I am pretty much depended on my internet too. I've met a lot of awesome people and have my website, twitter & comments that I need to get to. Usually the problem we have is the computer and not the internet. Our desktop computer has fucked up so many times in the past - it's ridiculous. But thank god we know have the laptop so in case something happens I still can go online and stuff. I hope you guys can figure the internet problems out soon!

I enjoy taking pictures every now and then too - though I'd never think of myself as a photographer. But I know quite a lot of people that really, really enjoy taking pictures and have quite some skills too. I think you should totally go for it - you can only learn more & improve your skills. :)

I used to do video blogs last year but I think I got bored. I didn't have anything to talk about, and uploading the videos online was a pain because they took such a long time. I never really planned them, I think spontaneity was the beauty of it. I like recording myself singing and playing the guitar though. :) I put some of them online, but I don't do it so often.
ReplyDeletePhotoshop is the essence of web design! Well, one of them. I think it's pretty hard living without it. I use it even just to resize photos. It's really smooth.
I love writing as well, but third person isn't really my thing. I'm more accustomed to writing in the first person. Though recently, I started writing a new book and I've been writing it in the third person just for something different and because I want to gain more than one perspective - and having parts from one person's POV and other parts for another person's POV... I don't like that. XD
